Introduction

Welcome to the Criminal Defense Blog. With the developments today in the Duke rape case, among other things, trying to get caught up is like trying to drink water from a fire hose, but I will try and get some content up later tonight. Please check back regularly. It is my goal here, as with other blogs that I publish, to post new content at least daily, and usually mutliple times a day. We’ll be looking at criminal matters in the news, as well as general issues of criminal law and criminal defense practice. I welcome and encourage your comments.
