BALCO Prosecutor Steps Down

It was reported today that Kevin Ryan, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California and the mastermind behind the BALCO investigation has submitted his resignation. Who now will keep the world safe from athletes on steroids? The mind boggles. Good riddance.
