I have been practicing law with a heavy emphasis on business litigation matters since graduating from Villanova Law School, where I was a managing editor of the law review, more than 15 years ago. After practicing at two of the largest firms in Philadelphia, I formed my own litigation boutique, where my practice remains focused on business litigation, in 2002. Over the course of my career, I have handled matters involving a broad array of industries, including insurance, real estate, financial services, entertainment, health care, technology and engineering, to name just a few. These matters have involved diverse areas of the law, including civil RICO, antitrust, breach of contract, church property, banking and lender liability, business torts, products liability, securities law, business divorces and breach of fiduciary duty. I have handled matters in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions, at the trial and appellate levels, and have represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
I am a firm believer in, and avid user of, the most advanced information technology available. Through the use of technology, I am able to handle matters large and small for my clients in a time and cost efficient manner. I am also committed to the idea that a lawyer and client must share a vision and work together as partners to reach the optimal result, and am likewise committed to the use of alternate billing methods such as flat fees, contingent fees, and hybrid fees, where appropriate.
