(As in its case agasint the National Association of REALTORS®) I recently worked at an electronics store where my boss told me deliberately to mislead sustomers, in order to sell more of some very bogus warranties. Something really should be done. But I suppose it's traditional in this country to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
